2022
The Beginning
InHarmony launched as a DEI and employee engagement consultancy with one conviction: people and organizations grow best when they grow together. From day one, we also quietly showed up for professionals in transition, sometimes pro bono, always with full commitment.
Mid 2023
Expanding the Mission
We broadened our scope to overall HR strategy, helping companies build not just inclusive cultures but high-performing, well-structured teams. The professionals in transition work continued to grow alongside it.
Late 2024
Growth Consulting
InHarmony added SMB growth consulting to the practice, partnering with small and mid-sized businesses on go-to-market strategy, operations, and AI adoption. Two sides of the same belief: that the right support at the right moment changes everything.
2025
The Collective Takes Shape
After three years of working alongside talented professionals navigating career transitions, a pattern became clear. The most capable people weren't always inside the companies we advised. They were in between. InHarmony began building the infrastructure to change that.

A New Chapter

Our Founder
Chris Clark, Founder and Managing Director of InHarmony Consulting Group, is a leadership and organizational development practitioner, former Google and Soho House leader, and an Executive MBA Candidate at UVA Darden. He has spent his career at the intersection of people, strategy, and growth and built InHarmony to make that intersection accessible to everyone.
